Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans and regulations
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes, and escalate when required
• Lead and mentor support staff to ensure best practice in care delivery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with facility standards

What You’ll Need
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 12 months experience as an RN (Aged Care preferred)
Excellent clinical and time management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Valid Working Rights in Australia
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
